A simple game of strategic decisions and negotiation.
Rules:
- Every player starts with three tokens. (Coins, Chips, beans, etc.)
- Randomly choose a player to go first. Play goes clockwise.
- On the active players turn, s/he must remove exactly one token from the game. S/he may remove one of his or her own tokens or any other player's token. Tokens removed from the game cannot be recovered. A player cannot pass.
- The last player with a token in front of them wins.
Notes:
- Players with no tokens are still in the game. They continue to play as normal.
- Players may form coalitions and make deals, however all deals must be made in the open and at the table. Secret coalitions and pre-arranged deals are not allowed.
- Promises are non-binding.
