Zola

Zola is a 2 player game of annihilation played on a 6x6 board initially covered with two different colored discs in a checkered pattern.

On your turn you have two options:

 Noncapturing move: Step kingwise away from the center of the line you step along. 
 Capturing move: Capture queenwise an enemy not farther away from the center of the line you are moving along. 

You may only pass if you don't have a move. When only one player has pieces left, that player is the winner.
